Individuals
Freelancers, sole traders, consultants, professionals. You use AI a bit, you suspect you're using it badly, and nobody has ever shown you otherwise.
AI training & consultancy
We teach you — or your whole team — how to actually get work out of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and the rest. Taught against the job you really do, not a generic course someone recorded last year.
Remote sessions, one-to-one or with your team. The first conversation is free and works out what you'd actually need — including if the answer is very little.
Who it's for
Then you're getting a fraction of what these tools do. That gap is what we close — and it looks different depending on who's asking.
Freelancers, sole traders, consultants, professionals. You use AI a bit, you suspect you're using it badly, and nobody has ever shown you otherwise.
A handful of people, no IT department, and a lot of repeated typing. One session usually changes how the whole week runs.
You already pay for Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise and adoption is patchy. The licences aren't the problem — nobody was taught what to do with them.
What we teach
Most people want one and two. A few want three. You don't have to know which before you get in touch.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — which is genuinely better at what, and why the free version keeps giving you bland answers. How to write a prompt that works, how to give the model your own documents to work from, and how to spot the specific ways each one is confidently wrong. Custom instructions, projects and saved GPTs so you stop starting from scratch every morning.
Copilot where you already are: Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Drafting that sounds like your firm rather than a press release. Summarising long documents that can't leave your organisation. Then building a shared prompt library, so it isn't one enthusiastic person doing all of it and everyone else guessing.
Where AI stops answering questions and starts doing multi-step work — agents that read, decide, use tools and touch your real systems. What they're genuinely good at, how to keep a human on anything consequential, and the honest line between an impressive demo and something you can safely leave running.
How it runs
Sessions are live and remote, screen-shared, and worked through on your own files and your own examples. You finish having done the thing, not having watched it.
AI changes month to month. A certificate earned two years ago describes tools that have since been replaced twice. This is taught by someone currently doing postgraduate study in AI at MSc level — and building AI systems for paying clients at the same time.
Questions
No — it's the most common starting point, and honestly the easiest to make a difference to. There's no assumed knowledge and nothing you're expected to have read first.
If anything, people who've never used it have fewer bad habits to unpick than people who've been half-using it for a year.
Priced per session and agreed in writing before anything is booked. No retainer, no minimum commitment, and no obligation to book a second one.
We don't publish a figure because a single session for one person and a programme across several departments aren't the same product. The first conversation is free, and you'll have the number before you decide anything.
Usually yes, but only if you know which version you're in. Consumer and business accounts of the same product can treat your data completely differently, and that difference is invisible in the interface.
It's a standard part of the training: what can and can't be pasted where, which settings genuinely matter, what's retained and for how long, and where the safe boundary sits for your particular obligations.
Yes — that's the other half of the business. If a job is repetitive enough that it shouldn't need a person prompting it at all, it's usually better automated than taught.
Plenty of clients do both: automate the repetitive work, train the team on everything that still needs judgement. See how the automation side works.
Get in touch
Even if that's just “everyone says we should be using it and we don't know where to start”. We'll reply within one working day, and the first conversation costs nothing.
What you do, what you've tried, and where the frustration actually is.
What we'd cover, over how many sessions, and what it costs. In writing, before you commit.
Remote, on your own work, at whatever pace suits the room.
